Counterpart helps an authorized team keep creator conversations, commercial terms and delivery work together.

Review creator profiles, track negotiations, prepare reply drafts, and organize contracts, shipments and content deliverables in a private workspace.

Connect the conversation

With your permission, Counterpart reads your connected Gmail inbox and sent messages to identify creator correspondence and save relevant messages to the workspace. Managers review uncertain matches. The Gmail extension also lets you work with the conversation currently open in your browser.

Prepare a reply, then review it

AI features use selected conversation and deal context to suggest analysis and replies. You review the result before using it. Optional Gmail draft access lets you create an unsent draft in Gmail; Counterpart does not automatically send that draft.

Your email connection is optional. Gmail requires your Google consent and remains subject to your organization’s access policies. Disconnecting stops future access but does not erase previously saved correspondence.
