Using Counterpart

Terms of Use

Effective September 10, 2026

These terms describe use of this private Counterpart deployment, operated by Tomas Norkus. Contact tomasnorkuss@gmail.com for access, support or questions.

Authorized workspace use

Use the workspace only if its operator has authorized you. Protect your login and API credentials, and do not share them with unauthorized people. Only connect mailboxes, upload records or process creator information that you have authority to use. Respect applicable laws, confidentiality duties and your organization’s policies.

What the service provides

Counterpart organizes creator partnerships, correspondence, negotiations and delivery tasks. Availability of integrations depends on configuration, third-party services and account permissions. Gmail sync is selective and is not a complete or guaranteed backup of your mailbox. Keep any independent copies your work requires.

Review before acting

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review messages, prices, recommendations and generated documents before relying on them or sharing them. Suggested terms are not professional legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for business decisions, commitments and messages you send. Saving or approving a reply in Counterpart does not itself send an email.

Your content and connected services

You retain your existing rights in content you provide. You authorize processing of that content as necessary to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Google, AI providers and other integrations have their own terms and access policies. Connecting an account does not override those policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use Counterpart for unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure, or attempts to defeat access controls. Do not access another person’s records without authorization.

Availability and ending access

The operator may maintain, change or suspend features, or restrict access to protect the service. The service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. Contact the operator for retained-data requests; stopping use or disconnecting Gmail does not automatically delete workspace records. Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated effective date.
